Scout is a sales intelligence platform that provides access to publicly available data about commercial motor carriers. The data is sourced from federal government databases and is provided as-is for sales and business development purposes.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically download data beyond your plan's export limits
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Resell or redistribute the data obtained through Scout
  • Use the data for discriminatory purposes or in violation of any applicable law

5. SMS/Text Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Scout (Bright Path Workshop LLC). These messages may include account notifications, product updates, and promotional offers.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Scout data is sourced from government databases and may contain errors or omissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided through our platform.

8. Carrier Data Disclaimer

Scout displays publicly available data about commercial motor carriers sourced from federal government databases. Scout does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the safety, reliability, or suitability of any carrier listed on the platform. Any business decisions you make based on data obtained through Scout are made at your own risk. Scout is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or performance of any carrier. Carriers listed on our platform are not responsible for any messages sent by Scout.

9. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Scout. By creating an account or using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bright Path Workshop LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Scout.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
